Originally a renowned street food stall from Udon Thani, the restaurant has evolved into a stylish establishment that blends Vietnamese culinary traditions with French colonial influences, offering an all-day dining experience.
Known for its rich and mellow bone broth and the uniquely chewy noodles, which are made in-house from a secret blend of jasmine rice flour, glutinous rice flour, and tapioca starch.
