Stöng Ruins is a landscape and cultural intervention that updates a 1957 shelter covering Viking-era remains. SP(R)INT STUDIO added a new roof, public infrastructure, and a raised entrance platform, working with topography to frame views and organize movement. Material choices like sustainably sourced larch and polycarbonate support a quiet design approach focused on preservation and accessibility. #architecture: SP(R)INT STUDIO📍#Iceland #photography: Claudio Parada Nunes @studiocapn
