As someone who is involved in wildlife rehabilitation, it’s actually nice to have a little realism humor injected into these things. Trust me I was in emotional distress watching, too, and everyone saying “oh wow so glad he made it” - uh, he made it for five seconds before the clip ended tbh I doubt he’s in great shape. This is nature. It is beautiful and devastating. Some of us try our best to help in our regions. But let this be your opportunity to be grateful for the comfort, safety, and convenience in your life because the alternative is far more terrifying.
