The Rat and the healthy Cat went to the gym In beautiful pea green attire They took pre-workout snacks in little gym sacks Before they began to perspire The Cat looked up at the weights above And rapped to the gym music beat “O natty Ratty, O Ratty my bruv What a fit little Rodent you are, You are You are What a fit little Rodent you are!” II Ratty said to the Puss “A Feline so fine! Oh, What is your personal best? O let us warm up, before we push up And put our good paws to the test" So They trained away, for an hour of the day When in walked a very trim Sow And there on the bench the Piggy wig pressed With a weight that made them say ‘Wow! Say Wow! Say Wow! With a weight that made them say ‘Wow! III Dear Pig, are you willing to help with our drilling? “Ok”, Said the Piggy “I’ll direct” So they lifted and squatted, the Piggy wig spotted To make sure their form was correct They pushed and pressed, and swelled out their chest With a pride, and effort and grit! And Kettlebell in hand, or resistance band They exercised and got well fit well fit well fit They exercised and got well fit.
