Raw House is a mixed-use development in East Seoul that emphasizes spatial clarity, material honesty, and a deep connection to its context. Architecturally, it contrasts an open, sunlit southern façade with a reserved northern one, balancing nature and urban life. The design prioritizes restraint over decoration, using a universal grid across floors and ceilings to create continuity and order. Its materials, concrete, stone, timber, plywood, are treated as unified surfaces through minimized joints and precise detailing. Every spatial element is intentional, from a semicircular stair landing to the orientation of rooms, creating a grounded, sensory-rich environment that values lived experience over visual excess. #architecture: Order Matter @ordermatter📍#SouthKorea #photography: Simone Bossi @simonebossiphotographer
