A little backstory: I’ve never met Bjarke before, but he played a big role in me becoming an architect. Or me believing I could be one. Back in school, architecture felt so serious. Then came Plot, with this playful, startup-like energy. Bjarke and Julien made it feel like architecture could be fun, imaginative, even rebellious. That shifted something in me. Fast forward to a month ago: I get a call asking if he could come to the mountains and interview me. Yeah, yeah, sure… nice prank! But nope,it was real. He wanted my thoughts for the “Studio Visit” of Domus. Every month one architect is chosen to talk about a specific material. Before us was Ishigami for metal, Sanaa for glass…. And us for wood. I told him, “There should be at least a casting or some kind of primary to qualify!” But we did it. And here it is. Feeling pretty proud! Thanks Bjarke, BIG, and Domus! @bjarkeingels @big_builds @domusweb @studioprecht

Spiritual Enclosure in Baja California Sur is a circular, semi-buried concrete structure designed to harmonize with the desert landscape. Its minimal intervention and integration with the earth are emphasized by a bare soil floor and an open-sky ceiling, creating a contemplative connection to nature. The architecture frames the surroundings through a semicircular opening toward distant mountains, while its east-west orientation captures the sun’s path, highlighting the passage of time through shifting desert light. #architecture: Rubén Valdez @rubenvaldezpractice 📍#Mexico #photography: César Béjar Studio @cesarbejarstudio

This was THE highlight of my architectural life. The opening of our Garden was filled with heroes, mentors and friends. I can’t help but feel a bit like a kid showing their parents a drawing and saying, “Look what I made.” A very emotional evening! Thank you all for coming and specially for organizing / hosting. @adel.greca rokaadelajda @breadandheartfestival @akpt_shqiperia2030 @ediramaal Thank you @dulikasmi for your airart.

Villa Prakriti is a biophilic #farmhouse nestled in the Sahyadri mountains, designed to blend seamlessly with its forested landscape and natural topography. Rooted around a lone mango tree, the conceptual and spatial nucleus, the house is divided into public and private wings, linked through a central courtyard. Built with local brick, Shahabad stone, and clay tile roofs, the home incorporates solar passive strategies such as deep verandahs, cross-ventilation, #brick jaalis, and sloped roofs for climate responsiveness. Organic forms, built-in planter seating, and transitional spaces like the living area and spiral staircase reflect a dialogue between built and natural elements. #architecture: unTAG @studio.untag 📍#India #photography: Pranit Bora @pranitborastudio
