They in the Chondrichthyes family which includes two classes: Elasmobranchi - sharks & rays/Holocephali - chimaeras and ghost sharks. Some of the oddest and most beautiful fish of the sea, very intelligent, are found in one family. ⭐ They are considered fish, but very interesting & considered a possible predecessor to land vertebrates in taxonomical circles.
