When I tried to exchange them, a salesperson told me that without a printed receipt, it wouldn’t be possible which is honestly absurd nowadays, considering that printed receipts fade over time. Another employee explained that my receipt could be retrieved in the system since I had purchased the item with my credit card. However, at the counter, I was told the exchange couldn't be processed because the tags had been removed, and they couldn’t identify the jeans' product code. In other words, I barely used the item, never even washed it, and now I can’t wear it anymore. A heads-up: when shopping at Zara, you might just be throwing your money away!
