Zara hat mich als Kunden für immer verloren! Im Store Köln durfte ich nicht mal einen Textil umtauschen, obwohl ich laut Gesetz den 14-tägigen Rückabwicklung eingehalten habe und den Kassenbon vorgelegt hatte. Wenn ich das vors Gericht bringe, hab ich recht. Aber ich streite mich nicht wegen 15€. Dafür habt ihr mich verloren!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! DO NOT SHOP AT ZARA. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU LIKE THEY DID ME. TWO SEPARATE TIMES, I RETURNED ITEMS BY MAIL AND THEY CLAIM THEY DIDNT RECEIVE THEM IN THEIR WAREHOUSE (I HAVE PROOF OF DELIVERY) AND THEY WONT REFUND MY MONEY! A LONG TIME LOYAL CUSTOMER AND THEY STEAL FROM ME AND THEY WILL DO THE SAME TO YOU!

@zara phone customer service did not help. I purchased a shirt online that arrived with makeup staining and I informed customer service that I had pictures. He told me that Zara, a company valued at 17.8M, does not have an email address. He said the only way I could receive any resolution was over chat. A chat service that had no way to download a transcript or keep track of conversations.

‼️ It’s horrible what this brand has been doing so far, not only exploiting their employees in Asia and Far East factories, contaminating the world with their cheap products, copying premium brands and even small labels with total disregard, giving a false sense of luxury increasing prices, green washing campaigns and inefficient client services .. They take advantage of western/ european workers too (Spain included) with long shifts/night hours, they fire and replace easily, they hire fashion designers/experts from luxury brands offering permanent jobs at their headquarters just to use their ideas and then firing them after few months. Famous people and designers shouldn’t endorse this kind of business. This is not fashion, they just make billions at the expenses of poor/normal people, and by stealing or making cheap copies of other brand’s image.
