Can you guess which print is the best seller from this collection? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s my personal favorite: Flourish 🌱 Painting this was a delight. And that’s rare for me! Most of my paintings are challenging to work through and sometimes a bit of a slog. But this one came straight from the heart and just flowed right out of me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I think it’s because I painted it after a really rough time. My mental health had taken a nosedive, and after months of dragging myself through life, I was finally in therapy. I was facing some deeply entrenched and toxic patterns that had taken root in my life, and it was rough. I don’t know when it happened, but eventually things started to shift. I started to see myself in a new light - maybe for the first time in my life. I was able to feel a deep appreciation for what life had given me and I think that’s what fuelled this painting. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My favorite thing about it is that it also resonates with others. Flourish being the fan favorite makes sense. I find that I make some of my best art after coming back from a break. I remember when you first posted the reel for Flourish and the emotion, colors, and mood really connected with me.
