@americaneagle ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered an item almost a month ago and your customer service tells me they CANNOT contact the carrier about where my package is until there are no updates from the carrier for 14 days. So basically I could have to wait 2 more weeks for your company to contact the carrier shipping the item I already paid your company for. Your representative repeatedly telling me that this is your policy is absolutely ridiculous. How in the world does your company think that this makes any customer want to continue to give you business??!!
