I’ve been struggling with a messed up knee and hip for the past year, so i got really scared to move but felt anxious i was becoming lazy by not training. Ofc, I choose a most physically intense piece Sorah choreographed (cuz why not!) and John gauges my pain level by me shouting the Pikachu evolution stages. always thank you to these two for being not only great friends but great teachers and really helping me through this process physically and mentally. my brain is always impatient with myself but im glad i’m taking this one slow and enjoying the journey. LEGGGOOOOO~~🥵👾
