‼️ It’s horrible what this brand has been doing so far, not only exploiting their employees in Asia and Far East factories, contaminating the world with their cheap products, copying premium brands and even small labels with total disregard, giving a false sense of luxury increasing prices, green washing campaigns and inefficient client services .. They take advantage of western/ european workers too (Spain included) with long shifts/night hours, they fire and replace easily, they hire fashion designers/experts from luxury brands offering permanent jobs at their headquarters just to use their ideas and then firing them after few months. Famous people and designers shouldn’t endorse this kind of business. This is not fashion, they just make billions at the expenses of poor/normal people, and by stealing or making cheap copies of other brand’s image.

@zara do not shop here. They are outright lying thieves. After them delivering my parcel to a communal area. And telling me that it was an acceptable delivery. I commented on posts to finally receive contact and be told they would investigate. One week later I finally hear back to be told the same thing. They’re not willing to open a claim with the courier. They haven’t even offered to refund me . I am now down £200 and don’t have the clothes but apparently this is considered a fulfilled delivery . Absolutely disgusting
