Hope you can help? I received a H & M giftcard purchased in Tesco from my sister for my birthday. When I went to use it in H&M, the PIN under the foil you scratch off was missing. H & M told me to go to Tesco, Tesco told me to go to H&M and this cycle has continued via their respective customer services since the 12th June. Does anyone know how she can resolve this please? She has requested a formal complaint be logged and if you can't resolve this do I just go to the ombudsman?

Order number: 68966579301 I received my order, but some items were missing. I contacted customer service and a support ticket was created. Today, I received an email stating, "The issue has been resolved, and we’re happy to share this joy with you." I called customer service again. The first call was abruptly disconnected. During the second call, there was complete silence. On the third attempt, I was told that the warehouse had shipped the correct items and that I should follow up with the shipping company. I responded that this responsibility lies with the seller, not me. Then they asked if there was any visible damage to the package, and I said no. They asked if I still had the package, and I replied no. Apparently, keeping the packaging is required for the process. However, during my first call, I specifically asked the customer service agent what was needed, and I wasn't informed about this. Eventually, the agent admitted I was right but said, "This is the procedure. You can take legal action if you wish," in a very dismissive and unprofessional manner. I ended the call. I am requesting either the missing items or a refund. I am writing from Turkey.
