Very bad application. I am in Madrid and their driver said will come in 9 minutes. I wanted to cancel and they asked for 60% of price. And at the end the driver arrived in 15 minutes. With Uber they can take money from you and cancel in last minute and you cant as they have your card! The customer will always pay! If Uber driver is late you have to wait. If Uber driver cancel - Uber doesnt pay! If customer wants to cancel he/she has to pay. So unprofessional!!!

Vc bloquearam minha conta depois de vários anos de parceria, por um processo de mais de 20 anos que a justiça já decidiu arquivar. Isso não é justo! Respeitem a decisão de arquivamento da justiça
