Ingredients:
- 32 oz. water
- 1 1/3 cups of coarsely ground Sea Salt Toffee Blend
- 1 tsp caramel
- Dash of flaky salt
- Splash of milk
- Ice
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp milk
- Brown sugar (for brûlée)
Instructions:
1. First, make your cold brew by combining 32 oz water and 1 1/3 cups coffee in a large jar or pitcher. Stir and let sit overnight for at least 12 hours.
2. Once steeped, strain out the coffee grounds to make your cold brew concentrate.
3. In a glass, combine 1 tsp caramel and a dash of flaky salt. Add 10 oz of cold brew coffee, some ice, and a splash of milk and stir to combine.
4. To make the brown sugar cold foam, combine combine 1/2 tsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp heavy cream, and 1 tbsp milk and vigorously whisk until fluffy (or use a hand frother).
5. Pour into a clean, small jam jar and top the iced coffee with the brown sugar cold foam.
6. For an added finish, sprinkle brown sugar on the cold foam and safely use a kitchen torch to brûlée the sugar until it caramelizes. Enjoy!
