I'm desperate. I'm a Diamond-level driver for Uber. I'm calling support. Right now, I've been muted for 10 minutes! They picked up the line after answering me and left me on mute. I also called before and explained the problem I'm having, and out of nowhere, the girl who helped me muted me so I could call back! I urgently need them to reactivate my account. I submitted my documentation in advance to renew my license. I have all the documents up to date! And yet, they still blocked my account. I have two children, and if I don't work, my children literally don't eat! What they're doing to me is very serious.
