Urgent – Lost Wallet Not Being Handled Hello #UberPortugal, I’m reaching out because I left my wallet in an Uber ride last night. The driver was honest and even left a message on the platform confirming that he had my wallet. However, despite numerous attempts to contact them through the app and several messages sent to the driver, I’ve received no response or meaningful assistance. I find it unacceptable that there is no effective way to resolve such a simple issue. I am kindly asking for your immediate support in retrieving my wallet. Looking forward to a prompt solution. In addition to paying for UberOne and then always charging me high fees on orders—and sending orders via bicycles when paying even more for priority delivery (the only mode slower is walking!)—you send me damaged food which I had photos of and you refused to provide me a refund?? UBEREATS is the worst service and customer service I’ve ever experienced. You lost my business permanently—not that you care. All Uber accounts deleted. Do better!
