Hello Meta Pro Team, We request that due to some issues in our account, we are facing trouble with our account. Facebook's new monetization tool was shown in our profile but now that tool has mysteriously disappeared. We have complained many times but there has been no hearing. We are very sad to see such a system and no hearing is taking place.😰😱

@facebook I no longer feel comfortable using Facebook or anything related to it. If there were any alternative way, I would gladly use that to stay connected with my friends and loved ones. Unfortunately, since no other proper communication medium is available, I am forced to rely on Facebook. The most frustrating part is that Facebook has no real customer support representative with whom I can directly communicate to resolve my issues respectfully. I believe Facebook is the only company in the world without an active and responsive customer care system. And even if there is one, users never get any proper feedback from it. Honestly, I am extremely disappointed. I’ve tried various ways to contact Facebook’s support team but failed every time. In doing so, I even fell victim to multiple scams. I hold Facebook responsible for those scams, as they provide no clear or secure way to reach them. At this point, I don’t even know who to speak to. And I’m sure Facebook will never even see or review this message, let alone respond to it. Among all global platforms, Facebook’s customer care service is the most third-class I’ve ever experienced.
