I received the wrong order (different restaurant and cuisine completely), submitted the problem with photos on the same day. Uber left my issue unaddressed for more than 48 hours then came back to tell me I can't be reimbursed because more than 48 hours has passed? DO BETTER.

Uber Eats worst customer service experience of my lifetime. Only received half my order and instead of working to resolve issue I was told nothing can be done. Extremely frustrating & disappointing that this is how this company treats its customers

Uber - I’m a driver and you have yet to fix my reservations for 5 months!!! Get your CTO on this technology team to get my account fixed - PLEASE!! It’s been 5 months without being offered a reservation! Is the reservation system broken? Is it just me? Why won’t my 300 requests to get this fixed get the result?? PLEASE FIX IT!

We’re a small, family owned restaurant and have been trying to process a change of ownership for over a month we’ve have multiple emails, phone calls and nobody can process this request. We are currently open and the previous owner is the only one with access to the account and is receiving our payouts. The previous owner has given approval several times for ownership transfer and yet nothing has happened. Do you even want our business!? Please help us

Uber Eats pays drivers between 2-4 dollars a trip on average no matter how far ridiculous ask customers how much will tip before delivery never heard of companies doing this greedy so they use that to entice drivers to take rides customers can later change they're mine take tip back Uber Eats and Uber are garbage companies!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drivers stop taking low paying rides stop without drivers they're is no Uber no they won't buy cars that drive themselves or buy cars and hire drivers to much overhead so they take advantage of You and your car and your happy to devalue your car to work when you want to but making them rich in your car paying all the expenses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
