I have placed an order for the first time through Amazon and it was supposed to be delivered by 13 mar, but it was not delivered. When I checked the app it shows that it is delayed and it will be delivered till 16th. Today is 16 and still the order is not delivered yet.. useless application and company.. It is the worst experience even when I placed an order for the first time.

Absolute worst customer service, lie to please you and don’t follow through talk to leadership and they still can’t figure out things and when I asked, I’ve talked to someone even higher they say that there is no one higher in one of the biggest companies in the US! Don’t buy Amazon tvs because if you have a account issues, you can’t even turn them on. Completely logged out of my account that I pay for, but no one will help me. Beyond frustrated!!

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a damaged product I received and have been trying to return for the past two months. Despite my repeated calls and follow-ups, there has been no proper resolution from your side. Your customer service agents keep repeating the same scripted responses without actually listening to my issue or providing any real help. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I request you to immediately process the return and refund or replacement of the damaged product. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.
