It’s not the “predictable pricing” it’s the wildly unpredictable service that often leaves your customers in even worse positions than had they never contacted your company. The only thing worse than the failed service is often the lack of customer service to deal with it.

Unless you are a disabled rider. Then Uber locks you out. Maybe they will drop you off somewhere and then cancel your U er account instantly, stranding you somewhere, not knowing why Uber no longer works on your phone - like they did to my son.
