Olá, boa tarde! Tudo bem? Comprei um notebook Samsung book 2 em 15/02/2024 e após um ano e um mês ele deu problema na bateria! A bateria não pega carga e funciona mal quando está conectado a tomada pois pede para atualizar e para atualizar é dito que a bateria precisa de carga para atualizar! Resumindo o notebook está sem funcionalidade. Sendo assim me dirigi até uma autorizada da Samsung em Brasília e pasmem! Fui informada que esse problema veio em um LOTE de baterias! Eles tinham ciência desse problema no lote e NUNCA me ligaram para fazer o recall. Daí eu deixei o notebook para uma análise e pedi um laudo pois esse notebook foi utilizado pouquíssimas vezes como iria estragar assim? Mais uma vez pasmem, me cobraram 655,00 pelo reparo e NÃO FORNECERAM O LAUDO! Estou realizando essa reclamação aqui pois já tentei contato na própria autorizada, central, loja e nada vem sendo resolvido! Paguei mais de 3.000,00 nesse notebook e acreditei que seria um bom investimento e agora estou com todo esse transtorno! Procuro e preciso de ajuda!!!!!
