The app does not have any safety for women. One of the driver picked up the ride of mine at 11:30 pm and I was waiting for him at least for half an hour but he was neither coming nor picking up the call and not even cancelling the ride. I was trying to reach out to customer care of uber but unfortunately uber does not have any kind of services for safety and help and now I'm not able to take any action on driver or put any remarks. So disgusting #uber

My order was assigned to a robot but I am currently disabled (literally the reason why I use uber eats) and need the food to come to my door. I was looking on the “help” section for how to change it to a human delivery person but didn’t see anything so called support but basically at this point the order was already in the robot and support told me there’s nothing more they could do. When do they tell you it’s in a robot and not a person? The supervisor said they show it before you order but I was only notified through the app after I placed the order?? No option to refund/reorder. So now I have no food and am out $25 I’m just tired and hungry. Is there a way in the app to make my preferences no robots?

A delivery guy on Uber just ran away with my stuff and Uber support in app isn’t helping , they are literally telling me to go to the police to report it !!! When they could have just allow a call through ti the driver , it’s been 24 hours and I haven’t heard from the driver or gotten my stuff

I’ve been told that my order is non-refundable because the order has been delivered to the ordering address. The portal to UberEats, on AppleMaps ordering, does not let me change my delivery address. Why the hell would I want my food delivered to the restaurant I ordered it from?

My best friend just had a horrible experience ordering with Uber Eats!!! She didn’t receive her order and the customer service representative was did not offer to assist at all! She actually told her to go around her neighborhood to her neighbors house and try to get her food instead of offering to refund her money! What type of service are you all running??

How do I contact someone about my order?!? The delivery person gave me someone else’s order from the wrong restaurant and I can’t get ahold of anybody to fix this!

I placed an order and within minutes I received a notification that my order was canceled. I was confused as to why my order was canceled, and when I looked into it, it said that I had cancelled my order and Uber charged me $70. I didn’t cancel my order. I don’t understand how this happened. I wasn’t even near my phone I was in the shower. I had called Uber twice and everyone pretty much told me too bad so sad so now I’m hungry and I’m out $70 and no one is even willing to help me.
