Yesterday I boarded a "car" that provides services for the company in question, in the city of Belém, in Brazil, and after asking to go down a street that would be more convenient, the driver was rude saying that he would drop me off at that place, I asked him to continue, because I was late for an event, to my surprise he stopped two blocks before and even swore at me when I was getting out, I complained to Uber and the attendant named Paula Chaves is accusing me of using inappropriate words, that is, the driver who uses it and I am the one who is accused, because they will have to prove it, in addition to reimbursing me, otherwise, I will file a lawsuit against both of them, I hope other customers do the same.
