You have the worst customer service and delivery service , i ordered items worth 100$, you delivered it to the wrong location and keep insisting you cant give a refund if its missing , i said multiple times i dont need your refund i want my items , and confirmation where you delivered it so i can get it back , the level of incompetence is unbelievable , for a company as big as amazon to be like this its just mind blowing how you are still in business , i always order from Dubai never had a problem . Answer my question , i want my package not money

Here’s a question, why do you still do business with third party companies, if they don’t grant what the customer actually ordered and instead, charge the customer for something they didn’t receive ? DEPLORABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE! You should be reported to the BBB!!!
