We made an order for delivery yesterday and the driver did not come to my address. This I can’t stress enough as it was evident on the map showing that he was 2 minutes away from my location however he said he’s arrived! We spoke about this via chat and I even sent him directions of how to find his way back as he had driven past. I’ve been trying to report this and support keeps saying the food was delivered to the correct address. The driver took a photo of where he delivered which is no where close to what my address looks like?! I am at this point just giving away R200 to Uber for a driver who after being told he’s at the wrong place intentionally stood there and waited for the required waiting period to end then left with the food! I have a pin to confirm delivery, how does it get marked as delivered at another location?!
