Trying to move heavy weight fast, obsessing over my beautiful daughter, and a good weekend with good people down in Pittsburgh. Personal reflection: time to put some damn muscle back on🤝 

Growing up I saw just how important a mother’s role is. Now I get to witness it firsthand, every day, in the way she loves and leads our daughter. Moms are a cheat code to life. Happy Mother’s Day 🫶🏼

I spent Mother’s Day weekend with 5 of my 6 children. Sunshine laughter, horseback riding. soccer, and the sound of music! The best gift they gave me was the gift of not arguing and being loving to one another .🩷🌸🫂 When you raise children to be unique and opinionated, you also create your own debate team !!! Motherhood could never be described with a few words . Nothing can prepare you. Happy Mother’s Day !! To All the Women out there doing the Heavy Lifting ! 🏋️ 💪🏻 🎲
