@uber let me guess.. this is the same positive social media team w no power to help customers or issue refunds. I was picked up in a level 10 filth stench car. I will never do that again. I wrote through app and X and gave your survey a zero since @uber does not care if you are disabled, a senior or if their vehicles are disgraceful. This was an easy lay up to ensure customer loyalty instead I will move mountains to avoid your service.

I ve booked a ride of about 11 km,3 days ago, driver purposely changed routes many times to increase fare, normally it was shown 156, and after meter fare it was generally about 180 but he purposely going from small streets and increased fare to 230 rs, this was ridiculous, i am using uber from past 4 years and i had raken more than 40 rides, but after this incident i am not going to use uber anymore
