I would like to report an issue I had with a purchase on the Ray-Ban website. First, I bought a pair of sunglasses using my business CNPJ, as it was a product intended for use in content production for our profile. My card was charged, but there were issues with issuing the invoice (I do not have a state registration, and your system was unable to process the billing). After five days, you resolved the issue, but my order was canceled. The refund will take two months... Well, I placed the order again (meaning that now I will have two charges on my card due to your mistake), trusting the estimated delivery date shown at checkout—April 2nd. I needed the sunglasses specifically for a trip. I will be traveling early on April 4th, which is why I reluctantly made this second purchase. Now, imagine my surprise when I contacted customer service today and was informed that my order was only handed over to the carrier yesterday and that they have three days just to start the delivery process. Ray-Ban cannot even provide me with an estimated delivery date. Since you are located in the South, and I am in Rio, it is clear that my order will not arrive on time. I expect a response from you. I demand some form of compensation because this situation goes beyond unacceptable customer service.
