Try and keep your knees from caving in on your squat when you pushing up on your rep (bad for the tendons in the knees), try to remember to push thru your heels and outside of your foot and keep your knees steady

get your elbows up and parallel more when you clean and also you have to really drop under the bar and strike the ground with your feet when you drop under. once u get the weight up to ur core, it’s all in your legs and your ability to drop underneath the bar and catch it accross ur collarbone with ur elbows pointing as high as you can.
