I lost my two buddies when they were 17. I didn’t realize how much the loss hurt so I said no more pets. 2 years later a cat abandoned her one month old kitten in my backyard. Her name is Nana and she’s 1-1/2 years old now. She’s a love and I can’t imagine life without her. Broken hearts do get mended. ❤️
