Moments of calm. When creating landscape images, my focus is almost always on capturing the peace and stillness of nature. Standing at the edge of reflective lake, looking up to the mountains enshrouded in clouds or down into a valley crafted ancient river flows, those are the times that I find myself most calm and at ease. Being able to capture the feeling inside an image is one of the biggest challenges, but it’s super rewarding when it works out.
