Why is the A7RV Sony Alpha Ambassador @mmeyers76 ‘s go-to camera? One word, resolution. “If I’m shooting landscapes, cityscapes, timelapses, street or astrophotography, my choice will always be the Sony Alpha 7R V. The 61MP resolution gives me a ton of flexibility when I’m editing, so I can zoom into a shot or a timelapse and find a scene within the scene - and the images are still super crisp. I also love the A7RV for astrophotography - I can punch way into shots of the moon or an eclipse and pull out another level of detail I wouldn’t normally have. And the AI autofocus is insane, so I never have to worry about missing a shot. Other features I love include the fully reticulating screen which is perfect to get those low-angle, portrait-orientation street shots, and the eight steps of in-body image stabilization to keep my photos sharp when i’m shooting handheld - even in low light or slower shutter speeds.” - Mike. Tap the link in our stories + bio to check out the Sony Alpha 7R V and see why it’s everyone’s go-to camera for high res shots. pov: you got a sports car 🏎️🎵🏁 “My Sony Alpha 7 IV is my main camera body when capturing automotive work and the 50mm F1.2 G Master lens helps me to capture every small detail in high resolution. They were all shot on F5.6 with a shutter speed of 1/250.” - @dylancalluy . What’s your go-to automotive photography set up? 👇 #SonyAlpha
For decades, Magnum photographers have documented Italy in motion, capturing gestures and rituals that mark spontaneous moments within its layered past. The second installation of A World in Color, an ongoing project in partnership with Fujifilm and @mpatrimphoto to digitize Magnum’s color library archive in Paris, reveals images of Italy — an unwavering muse for Magnum since the agency’s creation — created between the 1950s and 1990s. In 1956, @leonardfreed arrived in Rome, the first of 45 trips he would take to the country in his lifetime. Images from his visits feature alongside @georgerodgerphotos in Venice, Dennis Stock in Assisi, @ferdinandosciannaofficial in Rome and six other Magnum photographers. 🔗 See the full selection in the article at the link in the @magnumphotos bio. Photographer @phlyimages edited Poseidon’s mood board 🌊 #MadeWithLightroom "My inspiration always begins with the ocean — it’s unpredictable, powerful, and constantly in motion. I’m drawn to capturing these moments of raw energy and shaping them into my signature style: bold contrasts, flowing movement, and moody blues that feel almost surreal. My editing process always starts in Lightroom. Masks are essential — they allow me to guide the viewer’s eye and bring focus to the heart of the image. After some initial tone and color adjustments, I move into Photoshop to clean things up and add that little extra layer of magic to elevate the shot. Then, it’s back to Lightroom for the final color grading, making sure the mood is exactly where I want it. At the end of the day, it’s all about capturing the emotion of the ocean and letting that energy flow through every detail of the image."
Introducing the new 9ft Carbon Fiber Extension Pole 🎣 The perfect partner for #GoProMAX, this premium, ultralight grip allows you to capture new perspectives that can replicate drone footage, without having to fly. Get the shot, not the pole—the low profile 1/4-20 mount ensures this grip wont appear in your 360° shots. The pole collapses to just 15.5in (39cm), easily fitting into a backpack or gear bag. Also included is a mounting finger adapter that allows you to attach any GoPro camera. 🎬 #GoProFamily member @chrisandfinck @goprojp #GoProJP #GoPro #GoProTravel #Tokyo #Shibuya #JapanTravel
