Known to be the longest of all venomous snakes, king cobras certainly aren't afraid of a fight. However, when it comes to fighting for mates, these giant serpents don't use their potent venom. Instead, the males will wrap around each other, struggling to push the other's face into the dirt. Learn more about this ritualized fight at the link in bio.

What a mood party we had in Tuscany! We had so many days with heavy clouds, thunder and downpours. I captured this photo as a huge shelf cloud / front moved in. You just gotta loooove that drama and mood! 🤤 In this case I use the lollipop trees as my subject and anchor point and bring in a ton of the sky and negative space to make the trees look even smaller in this big dramatic world! If you struggle with composition like this, be sure to get my ebook on composition, minimal text, tons of examples and one of the chapters is all about how to benefit from and use negative space. There is a link in my bio, happy learning 🤓

When the forest floors bloom with wild garlic the certain smell is to be enjoyed. You probably either hate it or love it, I’m of the latter! Wild garlic is absolutely gorgeous and transforms the forests where it is present. Here is a collection of such photos I’ve captured over the years! I also love playing with and benefitting from the light I can find in the forests. Colour and daylight photography are two big subjects in my ebook about light! So, if you struggle with light and color in landscape photography be sure to get my ebook on exactly that topic. It’s super easy to read with tons of examples and extended EXIF data so you’ll learn exactly how I get the photo. There is a link in my bio where you can get it. Happy learning 🤓
