After setting up a mobile sauna and cutting a hole in the ice, I took the ultimate plunge into freezing water! 🧊🔥 The contrast was unreal—your body goes into shock for a moment, breath catches, and then comes a rush of energy and pure exhilaration! It’s an unforgettable mix of heat, cold, and adventure! To stay warm throughout the entire adventure, I relied on heated apparel from @venustas.official .
