After 15 years of delays, it's Real ID deadline day. Fliers across the U.S. showed up to airports early for extra screening or brought passports, while others got a warning. Despite all the warnings and postponed deadlines, the government has still struggled to persuade people to get Real IDs, with varying rates of Real ID compliance ahead of the deadline. Read more about the rollout, including which state has the lowest Real ID rates, at the link in our bio. Photos by @instadickie, @jaymiey and @dave_sanders

Im sorry but we were told all this information that it was required months if not at least a year in advance. This complaints are a bit funny. I understand it’s annoying this that whatever you don’t want to but you get what you give

They’ve literally been reminding people for over a decade. Go to any DMV and there should be posters about it. I don’t understand how people still don’t have one 😂

I’m out of the country right now, will I be fine just returning with my passport?

How has anyone not gotten a real id yet. It has been a thing for like 10 years

Why do so many Americans not have passports? Or seemingly not know how to use a passport!?

I’m confused, is a drivers license not okay for domestic flights now?
As ne that travels semi often, I always fly with my passport regardless. With our political climate, what if there’s an emergency and you have to get out of the country? There’s also a chance you can lose one ID, it’s a safer bet to have a back up.

A collection of spring bloom photos from the danish landscapes and forests. I hope I can get the last of the bloom when I return home to Denmark. I love the colour contrast of the yellows and blue skies and the white forest floor of the wild garlic, not to mention the heavy clouds you can also get at this time of year! Colour and daylight photography are two big subjects in my ebook about light! So, if you struggle with light and color in landscape photography be sure to get my ebook on exactly that topic. It’s super easy to read with tons of examples and extended EXIF data so you’ll learn exactly how I get the photo. There is a link in my bio where you can get it. Happy learning 🤓
