KARADENİZLİ MACERACI - Rıdvan
Dağ Çilekli Çıtır Poğaça 🥯 🍓 mountain strawberry crispy pastry 🍓🌿 Poğaça hamur tarifi: 1 paket yaş maya veya kuru maya. 1 tatlı kaşığı toz şeker 2 yemek kaşığı eritilmiş tereyağı 1 çay bardağı ılık süt 1 çay bardağı ılık su İyice karıştıralım ve 10 dakika dinlendirelim. Sonra ölçünüze göre 3-4 su bardağı un ekleyerek, 1 yumurta kıralım, sonra tatlı kaşığından az tuz ekleyerek hamuru kıvam alıncaya kadar iyice yoğuralım. En son hamur mayalanması için üzerini kapatıp 30-40 dakika dinlendirelim. Dinlenen hamuru limon taneleri büyüklüğünde bezelere ayırarak merdane yardımı ile hamuru açıp iç harcını ekleyerek 2 tur katlıyoruz hamurun çiziklerini attıktan sonra son katlamayı yaparak bitiriyoruz. Üzeri için, 1 yumurta sarısı 2 yemek kaşığı ılık su ekleyerek çırpıyoruz. Poğaçaların üzerine şerbetini sürdükten sonra, önceden ısınmış fırında üzeri kızarana kadar 15-20 dakika pişiriyoruz. English Pastry dough recipe: 1 packet of fresh yeast or dry yeast. 1 teaspoon granulated sugar 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 tea glass of warm milk 1 tea glass of warm water Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then add 3-4 cups of flour according to your size, break 1 egg, then add less than a teaspoon of salt and knead the dough well until it gets a consistency. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30-40 minutes for the dough to ferment. We divide the rested dough into cloths the size of lemon grains, roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin, add the filling and fold it in 2 rounds, after making the scratches of the dough, we finish by making the last fold. For the top, 1 egg yolk Add 2 tablespoons of warm water and whisk. After spreading the syrup on the pastries, bake them in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden brown. Finding my very own Palouse landscapes in Denmark! 😁 Back in the days I always felt that Denmark was boring to photograph because of all the fields. Now I embrace them! When I learned how to approach them and get good photographs in these types of landscapes it suddenly went from something that held me back to a feature!
