For the first time in nearly 20 years, the TSA is letting people keep their shoes on at the airport. Most passengers had been required by the TSA to remove their shoes since 2006, nearly five years after a terrorist tried to detonate an explosive in his shoe while aboard an American Airlines flight from Paris to Miami. Balai Besar Taman Nasional (BBTN) Gunung Gede Pangrango memberikan penjelasan soal verifikasi terkait booking lahan untuk camp para pendaki. Tim sudah bergerak ke lapangan. Sebelumnya Menteri Kehutanan (Menhut), Raja Juli Antoni, menjawab kabar bahwa yang menyebut Gunung Gede bisa dibooking atau kavilng. Jadi, ada kabar pendaki yang ingin ke gunung bisa dengan nyaman tanpa khawatir kehabisan tempat sebab ada pihak yang menjual jasa tersebut. Soal ini pihak BBTN menguraikan langkah pengecekan. “Terkait hal tersebut, Bidang PTN Wilayah I Cianjur telah melakukan langkah verifikasi di lapangan untuk memastikan kebenaran informasi tersebut,” demikian keterangan BBTN Gunung Gede Pangrango, Senin (7/7). Tim melakukan pemeriksaan langsung ke area camp Alun-alun Suryakencana. Mereka juga membuat dokumentasi video dan foto ber-geotag yang menunjukkan kondisi terkini di lokasi. Selain itu, tim BBTN juga menghimpun data dari pendaki dan porter melalui kuesioner. Hal itu guna menggali persepsi dan pengalaman langsung selama berada di area tersebut. “Hasil dari dua pendekatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa tidak ditemukan praktik pengkavlingan di lapangan dan tidak ada praktik sewa lahan sebagaimana yang diberitakan.” Sumber: kumparan bbtn_gn_gedepangrango #mountnesia #gedepangrango #surken
