The Okavango Delta attracts photographers from around the world, but local professional photographers are still few and far between. Motswana wildlife photographer @karabo_lebronpeter is changing that by teaching photography directly to communities in and around the Delta. Supported by De Beers and National Geographic through the Okavango Eternal partnership, Karabo’s storytelling clubs—reaching 70 students and counting—give young people the tools to document their wildlife and culture, opening doors to new opportunities.

Flowers are already beautiful in visible light, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t more to see. Using a technique called ultraviolet-induced visible fluorescence photography, or UVIVF, photographer Craig Burrows is able to capture fluorescent light radiating off a subject. When that subject is a flower, the results are otherworldly. Learn more about this photographic technique at the link in bio. Photographs by Craig Burrows @cpburrowsphoto
